Every Reap Portfolio Entrepreneurs Business Platform E.B.A. Partner is valued, and, per this Reap Portfolio Entrepreneurs Business Platform Partners Bill of Rights, a Partner may feel confident that if they display and apply the attributes of the Reap Portfolio Entrepreneurs Business Platform Code of Ethics and adhere to the Reap Portfolio Entrepreneurs Business Platform Independent Partner Agreement, that they will be entitled to these specific Rights.
1-Reap Portfolio Entrepreneurs Business Platform COMMITS – the Right to have the integrity of our Compensation Plan protected by ensuring that all bonuses and commissions are paid out as allocated in the compensation document.
2-Reap Portfolio Entrepreneurs Business Platform INSURES – the Right to expect that all reasonable steps are taken to insure that Reap Portfolio Entrepreneurs Business Platform Products meet or exceed quality standards, are manufactured at an FDA certified cGMP facility, and are represented with integrity.
3-Reap Portfolio Entrepreneurs Business Platform HONORS and PROTECTS – the personal business relationships of all E.B.A. Partner (hereinafter referred to as “E.B.A.”) including their personally sponsored “E.B.A.” and Customers.
4-Reap Portfolio Entrepreneurs Business Platform PROTECTS – an E.B.A. from unfair and unjust termination and gives the right for an E.B.A. to expect that a ‘without just cause’ termination does not occur.
5-Reap Portfolio Entrepreneurs Business Platform GUARANTEES – that it will not deny the annual renewal of an E.B.A.’s Membership as long as the E.B.A. pays their platform use fees and there has been no material breach of the Reap Portfolio Entrepreneurs Business Platform E.B.A. Agreement.
6-Reap Portfolio Entrepreneurs Business Platform RESPECTS the Right of an E.B.A. on all matters pertaining to the status of their Reap Portfolio Entrepreneurs Business Platform Membership and will always give reasonable notice on any status change adversely affecting an E.B.A., including pending disciplinary action due to a possible breach of the E.B.A. Agreement.
7-Reap Portfolio Entrepreneurs Business Platform UPHOLDS – the Right of an E.B.A. to maintain their status of “Good Standing” with the “COMPANY”. In the event their status is in question, an E.B.A. may request the convening of the Reap Portfolio Entrepreneurs Business Platform Review Board which consists of three Reap Portfolio Entrepreneurs Business Platform Corporate Representatives and two Corporate Owners representatives.
8-Reap Portfolio Entrepreneurs Business Platform SUPPORTS – the Right to assemble with your business Peers, for the sole purpose of sharing ideas for improving products, services and other interest that may make better the Reap Portfolio Entrepreneurs Business Platform.
9-Reap Portfolio Entrepreneurs Business Platform UNDERSTANDS – the Right of an E.B.A.’s family members, within their household, to pursue other business interests of their choosing, including but not limited to Direct Selling companies other than Reap Portfolio Entrepreneurs Business Platform.
10-Reap Portfolio Entrepreneurs Business Platform GRANTS – the Right for an E.B.A. to transfer, sell or will their Reap Portfolio Entrepreneurs Business Platform E.B.A. Partnership to any individual or business entity that would qualify as an E.B.A. under normal membership application conditions. Transfer of E.B.A. membership must be in accordance with the E.B.A. Agreement and adhere to all legal, tax, and other laws, rules, and regulations which may be applicable.
